PRODUCTION

High quality and fast service principles are always the main guides for our production; so order tracking and automation systems are intensively used in all phases.

As an Integrated producer of fabric Işıl Tekstil is committed to production quality without compromising timely delivery.

SPINNING

Our modern facilities deliver highest quality 100% or mixed Compact/Siro Ring, Vortex (MVS) and Open-end yarns.

We know that only the best raw materials, right production methods and strict quality control principles yields the highest quality products. That’s why we select the best raw materials for production and process them all with utmost attention to detail.

Located in Niğde, our yarn spinning facility is situated in a 172,000m² area with 50,000m² enclosed space. Together with standard and mixed type yarns, our daily production capacity has reached 50 tonnes.

KNITTING

Knitted fabrics production by our experienced team and highest technology circular knitting lines.

To meet the demand for high quality and product variety, our production line has around 200 of mainly Monarch, Mayer and Terrot machines on the forefront of our production.

DYEING

Dyeing in various capacities starting from 25 kg up to 1000 kg batches

Here in Işıl Tekstil, we know that every fabric construction requires a specific production line. Our HT-Jet, Pipe, Beam and Pad Batch dyeing machines offer the highest quality dyeing performance for all types of fabrics with Cotton, Viscose, Modal, Tencel, Bamboo, Polyamide, Polyester and Silk, Cashmere, Wool, Angora and Linen mixtures.

Our open-width mercerising line, equipped with special hardware is capable of mercerizing all types of dyed or printed knitted fabrics.

ROTARY PRINTING

Unlimited production alternatives by our creative team and advanced printing facilities

Our rotary printing facilities offer Reactive, Pigment, Discharge, Burnout, Disperse and Acid Printing techniques with up to 12+3 colours for all screen sizes on all fabric bases.

Development of new designs, engraving of the screens and preparation of pre-production samples can be realized in a quick and efficient manner with our in-house creative team.

DIGITAL PRINTING

The endless depth of colours and dimensions.

With high end industrial printing machines, we deliver the multicolored and multidimensional digital prints quickly and perfectly.

FINISHING

Specific finishing methods for special fabrics

With specially equipped finishing machinery; We utilize specific processes for Cotton, Viscose, Modal, Tencel, Polyester, Polyamide, Linen, Wool, Acrylic and any other types of fabrics by customers’ demand.

We can apply Cupro, Mercerizing, Lamination, Pleating, Carbon Brushing, Shearing, Raising and other special effect finishings on fabrics between 60gr/m² and 750gr/m².
